Beth Witherington
OWNER AND LITERARY CONSULTANT
Beth is a lifelong citizen of Tipton County where she enjoys and is proud of her rural roots. After graduating from Munford High School, Beth attended the University of Memphis. There she obtained a bachelor's degree in education with a minor in English. She then continued her education at Union University and obtained a Master's Degree in Instruction and Curriculum.
Teaching is Beth's passion and gift of the Holy Spirit. She was an English and Reading educator with the Tipton County School District for 7 years, teaching at both Brighton and Munford Middle. She has been actively involved with Tipton Christian Academy for the past 13 years holding a variety of roles which include the following: ELA teacher, student council and honor society advisor, cheerleading coach, and PTO president. Beth's two sons, Ben and William, are currently high school students at TCA.
Beth is an active and lifelong member of Ebenezer Church in Mason, TN. As mentioned previously, Beth has a passion for teaching which is noted by her desire to be a lifelong learner. She also is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hobbies such as horseback riding, hiking, and swimming. Words cannot describe how excited Beth is for this endeavor that the Lord has begun. She is looking forward to interacting with the community in both individual and collective pursuits of Jesus Christ.
Cissy Fleming
DESIGN DIRECTOR
Cissy is a Georgia native and has lived in Tipton County for the last 18 years. She attended Ole Miss and graduated with a degree in early childhood education. She taught school in Tipton County for 12 years. She has been part of Tipton County's junior auxiliary, PTO president, a Sunday school teacher and discipleship group leader, and continues to be excited about serving God in whatever capacity He has laid ahead.
Melissa Wadsworth
COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR
Melissa grew up in Germantown, TN and attended college at the University of Tennessee, where she earned a degree in Marketing. After several years working in financial planning, she began working in ministry as the Communications Director for a local church for ten years. She is married to Jackson Wadsworth, and they now live in Ripley, TN . Melissa spends her days homemaking and homeschooling their two young boys.
Aubrey-Lake Winberry
STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Aubrey-Lake is a lifelong resident of Tipton County where she attended Covington High School. Aubrey-Lake furthered her education at the University of Tennessee at Martin where she obtained two degrees in both accounting and finance. During her time at UT Martin she was an active member of the Chi Omega Sorority along with several honor societies and organizations. Aubrey-Lake is married to Kirk Winberry, and they are thrilled to be expecting their first child in May. They both attend Ebenezer Church in Mason, TN, where they actively participate in discipleship groups and long to daily grow their relationships with the Lord.
